What John had to say...
I thought I would just write to say that we are delighted with our Equi-Trek Horsebox. The vehicle is everything we hoped it would be and we continue to be impressed with its overall design and attention to detail and the quality of the product. When you get such good service, then I think it is worth passing our thanks and appreciation to you all at Equitogs and Equi-Trek.
What Jane had to say...
I thought I would write to you as I don't expect you get many people who take the time to write to you after owning one of your trailers for six years and tell you how pleased they are with it still. The trailer has been very reliable and trouble free and has been used most weekends over the six years I have owned it. I have never had a problem with any horse loading in it and even horses that I have owned who were bad travellers came out of the trailer a lot less stressed than any other trailer I have owned. Presumably this is because they travel backwards.
I had my first ever experience of it letting me down a couple of weeks ago when the ramp spring broke causing me to abandon hope of going to the show. I purchased the trailer from Barlows who when I rang were no longer dealers but if I purchased the spring they would fit it. I rang you to order the spring but you said that you carried out repairs too so I decided to let you repair it. Your staff were great, they were courteous and showed me exactly what they had repaired when I collected it, even the broken spring and made me try the ramp before leaving to make sure that I was happy with it. The ramp spring must have been broken for some considerable time as it had been back to Barlow's twice for repair because I was unable to lift the ramp and now I can do it virtually one handed.
Please can you give my thanks to the members of staff who dealt with me and you shall definately see the trailer again on its next service.
What Clarissa & Dexter had to say...
Just a quick email, you don't know me but you have been in contact with my friend Suzi Hyatt who has a Show Treka (and loves it).
I know all about the problems and issues Sue has had with hers from day 1 but found that my horse didn't travel well in the Ifor 505 and it was taking a chiffney and lunge line to load him even though he goes out at least once a week. I therefore decided to bite the bullet and take what I thought would be a gamble on buying an Equi-Trek - i found a Space Treka m second hand and was delighted when we (Sue and I) went to view and it turned out that even though it was the same age as Sues it had none of the niggles hers seemed to have and was in A1 condition.
I bought it and after practising loading, travelled my horse in it on Sunday to a fun ride a good hour away - what a difference - he loads well and for the first time I haven't had to wash him down on arrival - in the 505 he used to literally sit on the back bar so that even on short journeys his rump was covered in poo by arrival (he was so unbalanced that he would not even move off the back bar to go the toilet) !! he also never ate any hay on a journey (he couldn't reach it as he was sat on the bar). Once at the top of a windy hill by an open cornfield rather than get agitated when tied to his trailer he just settled down immediately !!
The next day after the ride he yet again loaded without any aids (except for the magical pony nuts !!).
I know that there is a lot of bad mouthing with regards to Equi-treks on the forums etc at the moment and just wanted to say how delighted I am with mine.

What Judith had to say...
Just a quick note to thank you for the really brilliant trailer you supplied me with earlier this year. It is constantly admired whenever I am out and about - particularly the side ramp and the really spacious effect it gives the interior, just like a lorry to look at. I am on my own most of the time, and can load my horse easily without worrying about getting to the back to put up the ramp as in an ordinary rear access trailer, also I have a very tall lanky thoroughbred and the roof clearance is fine and he has nearly a foot behind him in the stall. There were, as would be expected, some minor teething problems, but you dealt with them so quickly and efficiently they were quickly forgotten, The trailer took two horses to the peak district in July and managed appalling weather and steep hills with no bother at all. So thanks again and please feel free to show this to prospective clients as a reference from a happy customer.
What Rod had to say...
I was initially attracted to the Equi-Trek trailer by its good looks, size, range of optional design features and affordability. I chose to buy a Space Treka which has been used, for the past four years, on an almost weekly basis, to transport my horse to dressage and show jumping classes across the south of England. The trailer has proved problem free and easy to maintain, with the GRP construction ensuring that the trailer is easily cleaned so I can achieve a showroom standard with minimum effort. Transporting my 16.2TB, Fabulous Tom, is stress free, both for myself and the horse. The side loading system is spacious and safe and allows light to flood the interior, providing reassurance for the horse. Towing the trailer has been an incident free experience. Unlike other trailers with wheels that sit proud of the main body, the Space Treka is designed with the wheels within the main body structure, eliminating any problems when judging access. A clever use of space affords extra comfort and a variety of usage. The groom's compartment can be used as a store, changing area or shelter on those days when the weather makes waiting for your class a misery. To sum up, the Space Treka is elegant, safe, easily maintained and a pleasure to tow and reverse, delivering your horse comfortably to its destination.
What Mary & Emma had to say...
We are delighted with our Equitrek Victory. It is so easy to drive, just like driving a car. Everything has been so well thought out; as we would expect from Equitrek. This is the third equitrek vehicle we have had and we have been pleased with them all.
What Tony had to say...
After a delay of a few days because the Melbourne wharfies went on strike just as the ship pulled into Port Phillip Bay, the ship docked last Wednesday and we picked the trailer up on Friday and drove it home (9 hour drive). It is fantastic and everything we hoped it would be. We had only seen these in your brochures so to finally have one is great. There is no damage whatsoever to either the trailer or the contents. My 18hh warmblood went on yesterday for a quick try out and politely christened it (horsey people will know what I mean!). Thanks for all your help with this exercise and particularly Jim for loading the plastic jump wings in for me.
