Service and Repair Technician
Full Time | Stocksbridge, Sheffield

We require a full time vehicle technician to join the service and repair department for an immediate start. Candidates must have experience with hand tools and be able to carry out repairs to vehicles. Experience with motorhome/caravan repairs is desirable, however full training will be given. This position is based at our Stocksbridge factory and candidates must be willing to work overtime when required to meet the needs of the Company. 

Trainee Construction Assembler
Full Time | Stocksbridge, Sheffield

Candidates need to have experience of manual labour and using hand tools, as they will be building Company products from the chassis up to our high quality standard. Auto electrical/coachbuilding experience is desirable, but not essential as full training will be given. Candidates should also be willing to work overtime to meet the Company’s needs.

To be considered for this position candidates must have a 7.5T vehicle licence and be confident in towing vehicles. Experience of auto/motorhome valeting is desirable but not essential, as full training will be given. Candidates should be able to clean quickly and to a high standard.

Assistant Line Manager (MA Apprenticeship)

We are currently looking to employ an Assistant Line Manager to work in a busy and demanding Manufacturing Department while working towards a fully funded Master’s Degree in Leadership in Practice in partnership with Sheffield Hallam University.

The role will be based around supporting the Line Manager in their day to day duties and will include first line people and team management, production planning and organisation, equipment and tool checks, line improvements and working with other departments to ensure targets are met.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is wanting to take ownership of a large area of a business, wants exposure to an array of experience, is ambitious to move into more seniors positions within the coming years, gets satisfaction from seeing work being completed and is willing to put in the work to ensure the business needs are met.

The usual entry requirements for the course are GCSE (or equivalent) mathematics and English language at grade C or grade 4 or above – plus the following:

  • equivalent of an honours degree at 2:2 level or above (no specific subject); and
  • minimum of two years senior managerial/leadership experience (with approximately five years of work experience) and currently in a senior management and/or leadership role

Applicants who do not meet the above academic criteria but have sufficient relevant experience in the workplace will be considered on an individual basis. Although previous management/leadership experience is desirable, this can be at any level, we are really looking for the right candidate with the right attitude to succeed. You must also be prepared to complete a very demanding academic course and have the determination to see it through.


Our normal factory hours are from 07:30-16:00, however candidates should be willing to work overtime to meet the Company's needs, including Saturday mornings if required.

Assistant Service Supervisor

An opportunity has arisen for an office based Assistant Service Supervisor to join our Customer Service Department based in Stocksbridge.

The role requires someone with both technical knowledge and experience of vehicle/motorhome servicing and maintenance including habitation areas.

The role entails:

  • As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and aftercare to all customers. 
  • Record all interactions from customers and manage escalations effectively and promptly.
  • Dealing with customer queries and communicating effectively by phone, email and in person .
  • Provide technical knowledge and support for the Department and overseeing all customer communication.
  • Responsible for handling and processing warranty claims.
  • Check invoices and forward for payment.
  • Ensure accuracy of all paperwork and all communication to the workshop is correctly recorded.
  • Oversee organisation and ensure smooth running of the overall office based function


  • Ideally you will have previous experience and knowledge within the motorhome/caravan or similar industry with direct interaction with customers on a daily basis.
  • You must have a genuine desire to deliver a first-class Customer Service to align with a first-class product.
  • You will need a strong eye for detail and a good overall technical understanding for this role.
  • Good communication and organisational skills, must be proactive and able to work well under pressure
  • Working Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.

Painters and Preppers
£9.00 per hour
Full Time | Stocksbridge, Sheffield

Commercial body shop is currently looking for painters and preppers.

As a prepper you will be working on a range of vehicles. Your duties may include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Sanding down panels
  • Skilfully masking panels ready for paint
  • Able to demonstrate confident use of filler to repair damaged body panels
  • Ensure there are no defects on work produced
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment.

Painters must be fully conversant with all types of spraying techniques and possess the required skills to paint Vehicles and Trailers to the highest of standards.

To be considered for this position you must display the following:

  • Previous prepping/painting experience is preferred but not essential
  • Good understanding of vehicle refurbishment repair processes
  • Ability to work as part of a dedicated team or work alone.

Spare Parts Administrator
£14,000 - £16,000

We are looking to recruit a hardworking and ambitious candidate to join our successful, expanding organisation as a Spare Parts Administrator.

Duties will include:

  • Administering a small Department that deals with customer after sales/parts queries
  • Taking orders and queries direct from customers and dealers
  • Taking payments from customers
  • Ordering the correct items into stock
  • Overseeing and controlling held stock
  • Packing and dispatching items to customers/dealers either via a courier system or via other products going to the dealers
  • Helping to grow the Department so it becomes a stand-alone business
  • Liaising and dealing with other Departments to resolve issues and their needs

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • The willingness to also undertake basic duties as part of training
  • An enthusiasm to learn with an interest in development and progression
  • A 'can do' attitude

In return, we can offer:

  • Salary range: £14,000 - £16,000 per annum depending on experience
